From a person not struggling with addiction, infidelity or betrayal in their relationship:
Q: What advice would you give for couples to live a happy life?
Savvy Answers:
Given how broad this question is, I’ll give a general answer. While happiness can be nice, it’s not something permeant. You don’t want to get caught up in chasing happiness and not realizing what is good right now.
In life, the pursuit of becoming the best version of yourself can lead to health, love, happiness, connection, and self-esteem. By committing to your self-growth you will be able to expand your skills, abilities, and self-awareness.
The more self-aware you are the more you will be able to assess whether you’re on track with where you want to be.
For couples to have a healthy relationship there are key elements – trust, communication, intimacy, sex, respect, etc.
If you are struggling in 1 or more of those areas, looking into getting support can help you achieve the relationship health, connection, and passion you’re looking to achieve!
